Yesterday our current Photo Urbanism fellow Rob Stephenson came to the Design Trust to show us and a few members of the selection jury his latest round of photographs of urban agriculture across the five boroughs. This is really the staff’s version of Christmas — lots of anticipation and excitement to see what the fellow will bring to show. And as expected, Rob blew us away. He brought a giant box of stunning photographs, as well as a few funny tales of how he has managed to get his 30 lbs. of camera equipment into some hard-to-reach places around the city (sometimes even accompanied by his 22-month toddler clamped to his leg).
Stay tuned: We’ll post some new photos here soon from his latest round of work.
