Ellen Horan is a visual projects editor and writer who has worked freelance for publications including House and Garden, ArtNews. and Vanity Fair. She has worked as editor and photo editor for books on architecture, art and interiors. She is currently completing 31 Bond Street, a novel based on a trial in New York City in the 19th century. She is a community gardener at the LaGuardia Corner Garden in New York City.
